BioLite HeadLamp 800 Pro
The BioLite HeadLamp 800 Pro is a high-performance rechargeable headlamp built for demanding adventures after dark. Combining powerful distance lighting with a balanced 150g design, it is ideal for night hiking, trail running, adventure racing, route finding and extended outdoor trips.
The HeadLamp 800 Pro delivers 500lm on its normal high setting, while the 30-second burst mode increases output to 800lm when maximum visibility is required. Its focused spot beam reaches up to 135m, helping you identify trail markers, terrain changes and obstacles further ahead.
Eight versatile lighting modes
Separate spot and flood lenses provide a choice between focused distance lighting and broad illumination for the area immediately around you. The two white beams can also be combined, creating a balanced view of both the trail ahead and your surroundings.
Front red lighting helps preserve night-adjusted vision and is less disruptive when reading maps or moving around camp. The rear battery unit includes its own dimmable red flood and strobe modes, improving visibility from behind when travelling with a group, running or cycling near others.
Constant and regulated lighting
Constant Mode maintains your selected brightness without automatically dimming as the battery level falls. At the 500lm high setting, Constant Mode provides up to 2hrs of continuous operation.
Regulated Mode gradually manages the light output to conserve power, extending runtime to approximately 7hrs on high or 8.5hrs on the 250lm medium setting. At its lowest 5lm setting, the headlamp can operate for up to 150hrs.
When the battery is nearly depleted, an 8-hour reserve mode provides 5lm of emergency illumination, helping ensure you are not suddenly left without light.
Pass-through power for extended adventures
Pass Thru+ charging allows the headlamp to operate directly from a compatible external power bank. The included 1m Run Forever cable can be routed to a power bank carried inside a pack, running vest or pocket for extended use.
This feature is particularly useful in very cold conditions, where the external power bank can be kept close to your body while supplying power directly to the headlamp.
Comfortable and secure fit
BioLite’s 3D SlimFit construction integrates the electronics into the headband and positions the battery at the rear. This distributes the weight evenly and keeps the front light close to your forehead, helping reduce bouncing, slipping and pressure points during movement.
The moisture-wicking fabric improves comfort during active use, while the four-position tilting front lens lets you direct the beam towards the trail or your immediate work area.
