Combining versatile lighting with a compact, balanced design, the Black Diamond Cosmo 300 is a dependable headlamp for hiking, camping, evening walks, travel and everyday use. Its maximum 300-lumen output reaches up to 74m, providing useful visibility for navigating trails, setting up camp or finding your way after dark.

Separate proximity and distance lighting modes allow the beam to be adapted to different situations. Use proximity lighting for reading, cooking and other close-range tasks, or switch to the distance beam when greater forward visibility is required. Adjustable brightness and strobe settings provide further control over the output.

A dedicated red night-vision mode helps preserve natural night vision while reducing disturbance to other people around camp. Red dimming and strobe settings can be activated without first cycling through the white-light modes.

The streamlined housing sits close to the forehead for improved balance and comfort. A two-button interface provides straightforward control over the different lighting modes, while the digital lockout function helps prevent the headlamp from switching on accidentally inside a backpack or pocket.

Powered by three AAA batteries, the Cosmo 300 is a practical option for longer trips where access to charging may be limited.
