Keep your hydration system fresh and ready for the next adventure with the CamelBak Crux Reservoir Cleaning Kit. This all-in-one maintenance kit contains the specialised tools needed to clean the reservoir body and drinking tube before holding the reservoir open for more effective air-drying.

The full-size reservoir brush reaches the interior surfaces, corners and seams of the bladder, while the long flexible tube brush removes residue from inside the drinking tube. Two CamelBak cleaning tablets are included for periodic deep cleaning, helping reduce lingering tastes and odours.

After cleaning, the two-piece reservoir dryer holds the internal surfaces apart so moisture can drain and evaporate more easily. Regular cleaning and complete drying can help prevent residue, unwanted odours and mould from developing between uses.

Cleaning and Storage

Follow the supplied directions when using the cleaning tablets. After cleaning, rinse the reservoir, tube and removable components thoroughly with fresh water. Allow every component to air-dry completely before reassembly or storage.

Bicycle enthusiast Michael Eidson was competing in the "Hotter'N Hell 100," and that's exactly what it is to this day: a 100-mile road race, over four days in the grueling summer heat of Wichita Falls, Texas. Water is vital to surviving the race, but there are few places to refill, let alone time to stop.
