Secure your shelter without adding unnecessary weight to your pack with Helinox J-Stake DAC Featherlite Tent Pegs. Made from high-strength DAC TH72M aluminium alloy, these lightweight pegs provide an excellent balance of holding power, stiffness and packability for hiking and camping.

The extruded J-shaped profile creates a larger contact area than a basic wire peg, helping the stake resist movement and rotation under guyline tension. Its high stiffness also helps keep guylines taut when conditions become windy, reducing the movement that can loosen a tent’s pegging system.

Three sizes are available to suit different ground conditions and shelter loads. The Standard version offers the lowest weight for firm ground and ultralight shelters, while the Wide version provides additional surface area for improved grip in softer soil. The Large version is designed for heavier loads and loose ground, including sand where it can be buried deeply for increased resistance.

Each peg is manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, eliminating the rust stains associated with untreated steel pegs. The hooked J-shaped head provides a secure attachment point for tent corners and guylines.

Choose tent pegs to suit the ground conditions and expected shelter loads. Avoid striking aluminium pegs directly against rocks, and check that underground utilities are not present before driving long pegs into the ground.
