Mansfield Mt Howitt Map – Rooftop Maps

Description

Mansfield Mt Howitt Adventure Map is a 1:100,000 scale map on the front with no contours. On the rear there is a 1:50,000 scale map with 20m contours labelled Sheepyard Flat – Craigs Hut Forest Activities Map. This is the essential map for Craig’s Hut, Mount Stirling and Sheepyard Flat.

The Mansfield Mt Howitt Adventure Map covers Mt Stirling, Mt. Buller, Craigs Hut, Sheepyard Flat, The Bluff, Lake Cobbler, Wrens Flat, Jamieson, Mansfield State Forest and Alpine National Park (part).

The rear map of Sheepyard Flat – Craig’s Hut covers an area east of Merrijig to Lake Cobbler and beyond Mt Howitt.

Craig’s Hut is situated 60km east of Mansfield on a small knoll on an open spur 1455m above sea level, probably Victoria’s most recognisable bush hut. Craig’s Hut became famous for its part in the two Man from Snowy River movies. The hut is situated on Clear Hills with grand views in all directions.

All parks, reserves and state forests are shown and all roads and tracks have been plotted using GPS mapping technology.
