Description

This is edition 3 of the Yarra Valley West Gippsland Adventure Map. Edition 3 is expanded further south and west. It is a double sided map 700mm wide by 1000mm high. Includes map notes on track conditions throughout for hiking trails and 4WD tracks, as well as historical information and places of interest.

The front side of the Yarra Valley West Gippsland Adventure Map is a 1:100,000 scale map (no contours) which covers Yarra Ranges National Park, Yarra State Forest, Noojee State Forest, LaTrobe State Forest, Tarago State Forest, Kurth Kiln Park, Bunyip State Park, and French Island National Park. It also covers sections of Toolangi State Forest (south), Marysville State Forest (south), Thomson State Forest (west), and Tanjil State Forest (west). Also included is Mt Worth State Parks, Noojee, Warburton, Gembrook, Warragul, Healsville, Korumburra and Powelltown.

The reverse side of the map has a 1:50,000 scale enlargement titled ‘ Gembrook – Noojee Forest Activities Map’ with 20m contours. It covers Yarra State Forest, Noojee State Forest, LaTrobe State Forest, Tarago State Forest, Labertouche State Forest, Bunyip State Park, Kurth Kiln Park, and sections of LaTrobe State Forest (north west).

All parks, reserves and state forests are shown and all roads and tracks have been plotted using GPS mapping technology.
